Grow Safe is focused on strengthening Businesses by improving the Health & Safety Culture of Organizations in an Environment-Friendly manner while improving the hazards and risks perception of employees, management, and leadership, by making all possible risks foreseeable.
Every year millions of skilled workforce get injured enough never to return to their work due to permanent disabilities. similarly organizations lose thousands of precious lives of competent manpower. These industrial accidents adversely affect the overall national economy and industrial (manufacturing & production) based revenue. Such accidents equally affect the Business Continuity Plans.
The Human Resource function of an organization provides the desired skill-based optimized manpower while the HSE function of an organization ensures the productivity of that manpower and overall business process. A happy and healthy workforce with high morale of employees is the biggest human asset of any organization.
