These industrial accidents adversely affect the overall national economy and industrial (manufacturing & production) based revenue. Such accidents equally affect the Business Continuity Plans.

The Human Resource function of an organization provides the desired skill-based optimized manpower while the HSE function of an organization ensures the productivity of that manpower and overall business process. A happy and healthy workforce with high morale of employees is the biggest human asset of any organization.
